Return & Replacement Policy

At Classam (Venture: Devang Infotech), we are committed to delivering high-quality herbal products that promote health and well-being. We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. However, we understand there may be situations where a return, replacement, or cancellation is requested. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how such requests are handled.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

Step 1 – Raise a Replacement Request

Please raise a replacement request within 3 days from the date of delivery if you have received the wrong, damaged, or expired product(s). You can raise a request via:

In case of damaged or missing product(s), please raise a replacement request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

Step 2 – Return Process

If you experience any leakage or damage to the product during the delivery process, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at care@classam.in with necessary details. We will replace any product that is returned in its original packaging and verified as damaged or faulty.

Step 3 – Exchange Request

After reviewing your exchange request, we will send our courier partner to pick up the products. You will be responsible for paying the pickup charges. If reverse pick-up service is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship the product and bear the shipping costs.

Once the product is received and verified, your order will be replaced depending on stock availability. Please allow up to 3 working days for exchange processing.

Replacement Conditions

We accept replacements in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – physical damage, tampered product, or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products

Non-Acceptable Return or Replacement Requests

The following conditions will not be accepted for return or replacement:

  • Opened, used, or altered products
  • Missing original packaging
  • Replacement requests made after 4 days from the date of delivery
  • Damaged or missing products reported after 2 days from the date of delivery

Returns and Refunds Process

Our policy does not cover damages caused by improper usage or incorrect application. Exchanges for allergic reactions, dislikes in fragrance or color, or any product issues without proof are not applicable.

Refund requests will not be accepted for prepaid orders once the product has been shipped. To request a refund for your order, contact us within 24 hours of placing the order via email at care@classam.in or via WhatsApp. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after 2 hours.

To cancel, please contact us at care@classam.in or via WhatsApp at +919116985500 with the reason for cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order.

For COD cancellations after shipping: If the product has been shipped, please do not accept the delivery. Once returned, your order will be canceled.

For prepaid cancellations after shipping: No cancellations will be accepted once the product has been shipped.

Can I Cancel or Replace a Specific Item in My Order?

Cancellation and replacement requests are valid until 10:00 AM of the next working day. Requests after this time will not be accepted. Once dispatched, products cannot be modified, replaced, or canceled.

Refund Process for Cancelled Orders

If your order was prepaid, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same payment method within 5-7 working days.
